摘要
进行汽轮机阀门流量特性试验有可能对机组的安全稳定运行带来不利影响,为此提出了一种基于机组运行数据的汽轮机阀门流量特性参数优化方法。首先通过DCS获取大量相关的机组运行数据,并对数据进行初步筛选和信息挖掘,获取机组在各运行工况下的特征数据;然后利用特征数据并根据变工况流量计算方法获取汽轮机的阀门流量特性;最后实现对汽轮机阀门流量特性参数的优化。该方法仅利用机组的运行数据便可实现对机组最大历史运行区间的阀门流量特性参数的优化,不需要对汽轮机进行阀门流量特性试验,从而减轻了工作量和提高了机组的安全稳定性。
Characteristic test for steam turbine valve flow may bring adverse effect on safe and stable operation of the unit, thus, this paper presents a kind of optimization method for characteristic parameters of steam turbine valve flow based on unit operating data. It firstly obtains amounts of unit operating data by means of DCS and acquires characteristic data of the unit under different operating conditions according to preliminary screening and information mining. Then, it makes use of characteristic data and the variable working condition calculation method to obtain valve flow characteristics of the steam turbine. Finally, it optimizes characteristic parameters of steam turbine valve flow. It has proved this method can optimize characteristic parameters of valve flow in the maximum historical operating interval of the unit only by making use of operating data while having no use for characteristic test, which means the method is able to reduce working load and improve safety and stability of the unit.
