社区治理视角下的社区教育发展探析

Analysis on the Development of Community Education from the Perspective of Community Administration

社区性与教育性的有机结合是社区教育的本质属性和独特价值。当前发展社区教育,应该从教育主体本位型向社区主体本位型转变,使社区教育成为社区治理创新的有机组成部分。通过对当前社区教育存在的主要问题进行比较分析,认为积极推进社区教育领域政府购买服务试点工作,完善制定社区教育联席会的议事规则,构建开放多元的专业师资团队、培育发展社区精英和自治组织是当前可以较快推动社区教育融入社区治理,获得新发展的有效途径。

The organic combination of community and education is the essential attribute and unique value of community education.At the present stage,community education development should be changed from education-subject oriented to community-subject oriented,thus make community education become an organic part of community governance innovation.Through the comparative analysis of main problems existing in community education currently,draws the following conclusions:Actively promoting the pilot work of government purchasing services in the field of community education,perfecting and formulating the rules of procedure of the Joint Community Education Conference,and building an open and diversified professional teacher team.Cultivating and developing community elites and autonomous organizations are effective ways and means to promote the integration of community education into community governance and obtain new development.
