地域文化背景下民宿空间同质化问题研究

Research on Space Homogeneity of Home Stay under the Background of Regional Culture

近年来民宿作为旅游业不可或缺的一部分,在全国如火如荼地发展了起来。由于其住宿的载体——古民居,既体现了当地的历史文化气息,又让游客近距离感受了景区生活,所以一时间成了除高档酒店之外的不二选择。针对地域文化背景下民宿千篇一律、相互之间缺少差异和特色等问题,提出了民宿必须是以民居为载体,以当地文化为灵魂。重点分析了除"地域文化特色"之外"家庭特色"的重要性,同时希望通过设计手法将"家庭特色"和"地域文化特色"进行巧妙的结合,进而缓解当下民宿空间严重同质化的问题。

In recent years,as an indispensable part of the tourism industry,home stay has developed in full swing throughout the country.Because the carrier of its accommodation ancient dwellings,not only reflects the local historical and cultural atmosphere,but also makes tourists feel close to the scenic area life,so it has become a choice in addition to the high-end hotel.This paper mainly aims at the design problems of home stay in the context of regional culture,such as lack of differences and characteristics.It puts forward that the residence must be the carrier of home stay and the soul of the local culture.Emphasis is placed on the importance of family characteristics in addition to regional cultural features.At the same time,it is hoped that through the design of the “family characteristics” and “regional cultural characteristics” can be skillfully combined to alleviate the serious social problems of space homogeneity of home stay.
