赤水河河长制水生态环境评估指标初探

Preliminary Study on Ecological Environment Assessment Index of Chishui River's River Chief System

赤水河不仅是长江上游重要的鱼类栖息地,也是长江上游重要的生态屏障。随着河长制的持续推进,从河长制实施效果和河长责任落实角度都亟需开展水生态环境保护效果评估。本文针对河长制六大任务中的水环境治理与水生态修复,从水文水资源、水质、河流物理结构、水生生物、环境管理等方面提出了赤水河河长制水生态环境评估指标体系,以期为赤水河河长制实施效果的评估奠定基础。

Chishui River is not only an important fish habitat,but also an important ecological shelter in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River.With the continuous advance of river chief system,it is urgent to evaluate the effect of water ecological environment protection,in order to assess the effect of river chief system itself and the performance of the river chiefs.This paper,focusing on the water environment rehabilitation and water ecological restoration two out of the six major tasks of river chief system,proposes the water eco-environmental assessment indication system to evaluate the performance of Chishui River's river chief system from the aspects of hydrology and water resources,river physical structure,water quality,aquatic organism and environmental management,so as to lay a foundation for the evaluation of the implementation effect of Chishui River's river chief system.
