新型水库移民农业安置方式探讨——以重庆市万州区“产村一体”模式为例

Discussion on New Mode of Resettlement of Reservoir Affected People through Agricalture——Taking “Agrical Development and Village Construction Integration” Model in Wanzhou District of Chongqing as an Example

水库移民作为我国经济发展的产物,引发的社会问题逐渐引起重视,也促进了移民安置方式呈现出多元化的趋势。本文通过分析移民安置现状,从产业结构调整、产业融合、产村一体的角度,探讨移民农业安置思路;结合农业公园和美丽乡村建设实践,论述发展集约型、规模化、现代化农业,能够提高农业增收潜力,促进农村移民安稳致富。

As a product of China's economic development,the social issue generated by the nesettlement of the reservoir affected people has gradually attracted attention,and it has also catalyzed diversified modes of resettlement of the relocatees.This paper analyzes the status quo of resettlement,discusses the approach of resettlement through agricultural sector from the perspectives of sectoral restructuring,industry convergence and integration of agricultural production and village construction.In reference to practices of agricultural parks and beautiful village construction,this paper elicit that the development of intensive,large-scale,modern agriculture,can increase the income of agriculture and promote relocatees to become steadily prosperous.
