摘要 基于对高校英语教师专业互动模式的文献回顾以及在美国做访问学者期间做的先导研究,结合当前高校大学英语教师队伍的现状,提出大学英语教师专业互动新模式,包含互动成员安排,互动目标设定,互动时间以及互动过程这四个要素。 Based on a literature review of college English teachers'professional interaction model and a field study in a university in United States as a visiting scholar,combining the current situation of college English teachers,this paper puts forward a new model of college English teachers'professional interaction in China,including four elements:team member,interaction goal,interaction time,the interaction process.
