美国亚太地区美元国际化策略研究

A Study of the Strategy of Internationalization for the US Dollar in the Asia Pacific Region

为了应对美元在亚太地区国际化的挑战,美国利用独占日本的便利,借助控制民主化改革、平衡国际收支、主导战后赔偿,在日本建立起亲美的外向型经济体制,利用国内制度和国际经济规制的双重约束,强制日本服从美国的国际经济战略。通过确立亚太地区贸易桥梁、宽容国际投资扩张、默许组织区域分工、承认区域国际代表地位等,激励日本经济发展有机契合美元国际化。美国以日本作为推动美元国际化的支点和桥梁,规避美国直接推动的困境与被动,提升美元在亚太地区的国际化,其经验值得借鉴学习。

In order to cope with challenges of the US dollar internationalization in the Asia Pacific Region, the United States has taken advantage of its exclusive occupation of Japan to establish a pro-US export-oriented economic mechanism in Japan by controlling democratic reforms, balancing international payments, and dominating post-war compensations and has forced Japan to observe the US international economic strategy by using the dual constraints of domestic system and international economic regulation. By establishing trade bridges in the Asia-Pacific region, expanding international investment, tacitly arranging regional division of labor, and recognizing regional international representation, Japan’s economic development has been motivated to be organically compatible with the internationalization of the US dollar. The experience of the United States in promoting the internationalization of the US dollar with Japan as a fulcrum and bridge, in avoiding the difficulties and passivity directly promoted by the United States, and in enhancing the internationalization of the US dollar in the Asia-Pacific region is worth learning from.
