The Differentiation of ROK’s Political Parties from the Perspective of Elite Analysis

追溯历史维度下的韩国政治转型演变历程,可以视其为在特殊的政治文化背景下,外在经济压力和内在政治动因相交织的民主结晶,同时也是韩国上层精英与下层民众互动妥协的产物。由精英政治主导的韩国政党聚散分合,必须建立在相应的权力容量基础之上,深刻体现了其对政治过程的强烈支配,从而揭示了现代意义上精英治理的一般实践范式。在精英权威被韩国民众认同接受的过程中,其行为偏好与策略互动能够引导民主政治的走向,从而避免了政治资源被过度的意识之争所浪费,保证了韩国在激烈的政党竞争中规避发展风险。

Retrospecting the evolution of Korean political transformation from the historical perspective, it could be summarized as the Democratic crystallization of the interweaving of external economic pressure and internal political motivation on the special political and cultural background, and the tortuous product of the interaction and compromise between the upper-class elites and the lower-class people in ROK. The gathering, dispersing and merging of Korean political parties dominated by elite politics must base on the corresponding power capacity, which profoundly reflects their strong control over the political process, thus revealing the general practice paradigm of Elite Governance in the modern sense. In the process of the acceptance of the elite authority by the Korean people, their behavior preference and strategy interaction can guide the direction of democratic politics, thus avoiding the dissipation of political resources by excessive ideological disputes, and ensuring that ROK avoids the risk of development in the fierce competition of political parties.
