自贸区背景下中韩贸易面临的问题及对策

The Problems and Countermeasures of Trade between China and ROK under the Background of FTA

自2015年12月中韩两国正式实施自由贸易协定以来,中韩双边贸易成果并不理想。本文从中韩货物贸易、服务贸易及投资三个方面对自贸区设立前后贸易情况以及中韩两国贸易现状进行了分析,指出中韩两国目前货物贸易进入“平淡期”,贸易逆差虽有下降但依然存在,双边货物贸易出口竞争加剧,我国服务贸易及投资壁垒较高,中韩两国贸易创造效应不明显等问题,并提出了相应建议。

Since the free trade agreement was officially implemented between China and ROK in December 2015, the bilateral trade results have not been satisfactory. In this paper, we analyze the situations of trades before and after the establishment of the Free Trade Area from the trade in goods, the trade in service and investments between China and ROK, and the status quo of trades between the two countries. we can conclude that the current trade in goods between China and ROK has entered the “insipid period”, in which the trade deficit has declined, but still exists. we find such problems as the increase in export competitions between the bilateral trade in goods, China's high service trade and investment barriers, and an unobvious creation effect in the trade between China and ROK, and put forward the corresponding suggestions.
