韩国高校“一带一路”沿线国家语言文化教育政策研究

A Study of Multilingual Education Policies in ROK’s Universities about “the Belt and Road” Countries

“一带一路”倡议的国际认同日益增强,我国与“一带一路”沿线国家的合作变得日趋紧密,培养复合型外语人才、服务国家战略显得尤为重要。本文考察韩国的外语教育政策,分析韩国高校涉及“一带一路”沿线国家的语言专业设置情况和公共外语教育政策,发现韩国从国家发展战略高度,坚持实施多语教育理念,通过制度保障和运行保障,为韩国抢占国家发展制高点,提供人才和知识储备。韩国高校培养外语人才的政策经验对我国培育具有国际视野、语言能力过硬,熟悉“一带一路”沿线地区的复合型外语人才具有良好的借鉴意义。

“The Belt and Road” Initiative wins the international sympathy, the partnership between China and the relevant countries is getting better. It is particularly important to cultivate multilingual talents from the national strategic level. This paper figures out the foreign language education policy in ROK, analyzes the current situation of foreign language majors and liberal arts course in ROK. It finds that ROK insists on multilingual education from the perspective of national development strategy , fosters talents and knowledge reserves through the relevant operation system. The practices of ROK s universities serve a good reference for China s universities in cultivating competent foreign language talents.
