摘要
随着对结直肠癌(colorectal cancer, CRC)中DNA甲基化研究不断深入,在CRC早期阶段,DNA启动子区域异常甲基化可作为临床上CRC患者早期诊断标准。目前已有较多研究报道检测患者血液和粪便中基因异常甲基化对于早期CRC筛查有较高的灵敏度和特异性。该文将研究较为透彻的胞裂蛋白9(SEPT9)、联合分泌型卷曲相关蛋白2(SFRP2)、波形蛋白(VIM)3个基因的甲基化及其在CRC早期诊断中的应用现状作了综述。
With the development of research on DNA methylation in Colorectal cancer (CRC), the abnormal methylation of DNA promoter regions can be used as the early diagnostic criteria for patients in the early stage of CRC. Numerous researches have reported that the detection of abnormal methylation of genes in blood and stool of patients has high sensitivity and specificity for early CRC screening. This review summarizes the methylation of three genes which have been investigated thoroughly, including Septin9 (SEPT9), secreted frizzled-related protein 2 (SFRP2) and vimentin (VIM), and their clinical value in early diagnosis of CRC.
