摘要
目的比较3D打印与传统种植导板在牙种植中的精度和成功率。方法 40例牙种植患者随机采用传统(20例,52齿)和3D打印种植导板(20例,53齿),比较两组种植体偏离值及种植成功率。结果 3D打印组种植体颈部和尖部偏离值均小于传统组(P<0.01)。两组种植成功率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 3D打印种植导板在牙种植中的精度高于传统种植导板。
Objective To compare the accuracy and success rate of dental implants between 3D printing and traditional implant template. Methods Forty patients with dental implants were treated with traditional (n=20, 52 teeth) and 3D printing (n=20, 53 teeth) implant template. The accuracy and success rate of dental implants were compared between 2 groups. Results The neck and tip deviations of the implants were smaller in 3D printing group than in traditional group (P<0.01), but the success rate was comparable between 2 groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The accuracy of 3D printed implant template is superior to that of traditional implant template in dental implants.
