前瞻性护理对急性心肌梗死患者不良情绪与便秘的影响

The effect of prospective nursing on unhealthy emotions and constipation in patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的观察前瞻性护理对急性心肌梗死患者不良情绪与便秘的影响。方法选取我院2015年5月至2017年5月期间收治的急性心肌梗死患者88例,按照住院号随机分为对照组和干预组各44例,对照组予以常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上给予前瞻性护理,对比分析两组的护理效果。结果治疗后干预组患者焦虑和抑郁评分均显著低于对照组,便秘以及心律失常、心肌缺血和心功能不全等并发症发生率显著低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P <0. 05),逐步回归分析结果提示,不良情绪与便秘呈正相关关系(r=0. 783,P <0. 05)。结论前瞻性护理可有效减少急性心肌梗死患者不良情绪,预防便秘、降低心律失常等并发症的发生,在临床护理中值得积极应用推广。

Objective To explore the effect ofprospective nursing on unhealthy emotions and constipation in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods Eighty-eight patients with acute myocardial infarction who were admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were randomly divided into control or intervention group by hospital number,44 in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,and the prospective nursing was applied to the intervention group on the basis of the conventional nursing.The nursing effect was analyzed and compared.Results After treatment,the intervention group had significant lower scores in anxiety and depression,a lower rate of incidences of constipation as well as other complications such as arrhythmia,ischemia and heart failure when compared to the control group.The patients9 nursing satisfaction in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group.All differences were significant(P<0.05).Stepwise regression analysis results showed that there was a positive correlation between unhealthy emotions and constipation in these patients(r=0.783,P<0.05).Conclusion Prospective nursing can effectively prevent the unhealthy emotions and constipation in patients with acute myocardial infarction and reduce the occurrence of complications such as arrhythmia.It is worthy of promotion and application in clinical nursing.
