计算机辅助康复治疗对脑卒中后认知功能障碍的影响

The effects of computer-assisted rehabilitation on cognitive dysfunction after stroke

目的探讨计算机辅助康复治疗对脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者认知功能恢复的改善效果。方法将2017年11月到2018年9月四川省人民医院60例脑卒中后认知障碍患者,采用随机数字法分为试验组与对照组各30例,对照组采用常规药物治疗和常规康复训练,试验组在此基础上进行计算机辅助康复治疗。治疗前后,两组均进行认知相关量表(MMSE、MOCA)的评估,观察比较两组认知功能的改变情况。结果两组患者治疗后MMSE、MOCA评分均显著高于治疗前,且试验组治疗前后差值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论计算机辅助康复治疗对脑卒中认知功能障碍患者具有显著疗效,该治疗方法对脑卒中患者认知功能障碍的改善有着重要的应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of computer assisted rehabilitation on the recovery of cognitive function in patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment.Methods Sixty patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment in Sichuan Provincial Peopled Hospital from November 2017 to September 2018 were divided into experimental or control group by using random number method,30 in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drug therapy and conventional rehabilitation training,while the experimental group received computer-assisted rehabilitation treatment on this basis of the control group.Before and after treatment,the two groups were evaluated by cognitive related scales(MMSE and MOCA)and the changes in cognitive function were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of MMSE and MOCA in the two groups were significantly higher after treatment when compare to before treatment and the difference before and after treatment in the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The computer assisted rehabilitation therapy has significant effect on patients with cerebral apoplexy cognitive dysfunction.This treatment method has important application value in improvement of the cognitive dysfunction of patients with cerebral apoplexy.
