滤波在轨道交通车辆耐撞性设计中的应用

摘要 有限元仿真及试验是轨道交通车辆耐撞性设计的重要手段。设计人员通过有限元仿真试验能够获取相关碰撞数据,从而判断车体设计是否合理。无论是仿真数据,还是试验数据都,需要经过滤波后才能应用。因此,详细阐述滤波目的及轨道交通行业常用滤波方法,可以为滤波在轨道交通车辆耐撞性设计中的应用提供参考依据。 Finite element simulation and experiment are important means for the design of crashworthiness of rail vehicles. Designers can obtain relevant collision data through finite element simulation test to determine whether the car body design is reasonable. Both the simulation data and the test data need to be filtered before they can be applied. Therefore, the purpose of filtering and the commonly used filtering methods in the rail transit industry are elaborated in detail, which provides a reference for the application of filtering in the crashworthiness design of rail transit vehicles.
