Research on Acceleration Improvement of Diesel Engine for Loader 50

以某款50装载机为研究对象,分析了优化柴油机外特性、调整冒烟限制油量以及更换四气门发动机等措施对装载机加速性的影响,试验结果表明:通过优化柴油机外特性和更换四气门发动机可明显改善装载机的加速性;适当调整冒烟限制油量可略微改善装载机的加速性。

Taking a 50-loader as the research object, the effects of optimizing the external characteristics of the diesel engine, adjusting the amount of smoke limiting oil and replacing the four-valve engine on the acceleration of the loader were analyzed. The test results show that the diesel engine external characteristics and replacement are optimized. The valve engine can significantly improve the acceleration of the loader;proper adjustment of the smoke limit oil can slightly improve the acceleration of the loader.
