摘要
针对机电专业《机电综合项目设计与制作》、《工业机械手》等核心课程缺乏结构合理、功能合适、价格低廉、适合普通教室使用的教学设备问题,设计了教学型搬运机械手,并详细介绍了该搬运机械手的结构与控制系统设计思路。该设备以三菱FX3GA-24MR型PLC为控制核心,以三菱GS2107触摸屏为监控界面,可根据不同控制要求修改电路和程序,达到变更搬运流作业流程的目的,满足了课程教学要求。测试结果表明,该控制系统操作简单且运行可靠,具有直观性、便捷性、高效性与可视化等优点,适合学生在普通教室学习操作,具有较高的实用价值。
For the core courses of electromechanical professional “Electromechanical Integrated Project Design and Production” and “Industrial Manipulator”, the lack of reasonable structure, suitable function, low price and suitable for classroom teaching, the teaching type handling robot was designed and introduced in detail. The design of the structure and control system of the handling manipulator. The device is controlled by Mitsubishi FX3GA-24MR PLC, and the Mitsubishi GS2107 touch screen is used as the monitoring interface.
