摘要 目前,SWL螺旋升降机蜗轮蜗杆减速器球铁壳体加工过程中,虽然采用了数控机床加工,但还需多机床、多人操作,存在人工成本高、机床占用多、装夹次数多、人工劳动强度大以及经济效益差等问题,为解决以上问题,基于多轴数控系统设计了一款多工位数控组合机床,一次装夹完成所有加工任务,经济效益比原有加工工艺提升了3倍,且劳动强度显著降低。 At present, in the processing of the SWL screw jack worm gear reducer duct iron shell, although the CNC machine tool is used, it needs more machine tools and multiperson operation. There are high labor costs, many machine tools, more clamping times, and manual labor. In order to solve the above problems, a multi-station CNC combined machine tool was designed based on multi-axis numerical control system to complete all processing tasks in one setup, and the economic benefit was improved by 3 times compared with the original processing technology. And labor intensity is significantly reduced.
