摘要
在立式车床变频矢量交流调速系统中,可采用"PID调节器+双闭环变频矢量控制"等技术控制交流三相异步电动机速度。通过MATLAB/SIMULINK仿真软件,分别对"立式车床变频矢量交流调速系统"和"PID闭环控制直流调速系统"进行仿真,仿真结果显示"立式车床变频矢量交流调速系统"中电流畸变率小,具有良好的动静态性能,验证了立式车床变频矢量交流调速系统优于立式车床直流调速系统,可以满足系统运行要求。
In the vertical lathe frequency conversion vector AC speed control system, the technology of “PID regulator + double closed loop frequency conversion vector control” can be used to control the speed of the AC three-phase asynchronous motor. Through MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation software, the simulation of “vertical lathe frequency conversion vector AC speed control system” and “PID closed-loop control DC speed control system” respectively, the simulation results show the current distortion in “vertical lathe frequency conversion vector AC speed control system” The rate is small and has good dynamic and static performance. It is verified that the vertical lathe frequency conversion vector AC speed regulation system is better than the vertical lathe DC speed regulation system, which can meet the system operation requirements.
