摘要
液压伺服控制系统中液压控制阀不灵敏区是液压伺服控制系统设计中一项重要的静态性能技术。对一种特殊控油口平板型滑阀重叠量理论进行分析,推理出该平板型滑阀不灵敏角度计算公式,为平板型滑阀选用和配套提供理论依据。
The hydraulic control valve insensitive zone in the hydraulic servo control system is an important static performance technology in the design of hydraulic servo control system. The theory of the overlap amount of a special oil control plate flat type slide valve is analyzed, and the calculation formula of the insensitive angle of the flat type slide valve is inferred, which provides a theoretical basis for the selection and matching of the flat type slide valve.
