摘要
为了解决重型载货汽车驾驶室举升油泵转阀芯密封垫装配操纵困难、限位零件变形等问题,在分析故障原因基础上,提出结构改进方案,并通过售后跟踪服务反馈结果证明改进后结构可以有效提高密封垫装配质量,减少换向阻力,提高了操纵舒适度和限位可靠性。
In order to solve the problems of difficult assembly and deformation of the valve block of the lift truck of the heavy-duty truck, the deformation of the limit parts, etc., based on the analysis of the cause of the failure, the structural improvement plan is proposed, and the improved structure is proved by the feedback result of the after-sales tracking service. It can effectively improve the assembly quality of the gasket, reduce the commutation resistance, and improve the handling comfort and limit reliability.
