石油化工行业生产过程中,如果泵类机械存在泄漏问题,不仅会导致生产瘫痪,甚至还会引发人身安全事故。以泵类机械密封设计为研究研究对象,总结了石油化工生产过程中常见的泵类机械泄漏问题,并提出了泵类机械密封设计具体方法,旨在提高石油化工生产稳定性。

In the production process of the petrochemical industry, if there is a leakage problem in the pump machinery, it will not only lead to production defects, but even cause personal safety accidents. Pump-type mechanical seal design is the research object. Firstly, the pump leakage problems common in petrochemical production process are summarized. The specific method of pump-type mechanical seal design is proposed to improve the stability of petrochemical production.
