摘要
汽轮机转子进行数控加工时,由于图纸构成体系复杂、尺寸繁琐,实际加工过程中参数输入和提取易产生错误,从而导致加工事故发生。根据汽轮机转子结构特征,运用EdgeCAM软件的加工模块完成加工过程设计,然后再通过加工仿真软件VERICUT对加工过程进行模拟,提前发现可能出现的加工错误,修正加工参数,从而提高编程效率和准确性,提升产品制造质量和生产效率。
When the steam turbine rotor is subjected to numerical control machining, the drawing system is complicated and the size is cumbersome. The parameter input and extraction in the actual machining process are prone to errors, which leads to machining accidents. According to the structural characteristics of the turbine rotor, the processing module of EdgeCAM software is used to complete the machining process design, and then the machining process is simulated by the machining simulation software VERICUT. The machining errors that may occur are found in advance, and the machining parameters are corrected to improve the programming efficiency and accuracy. Improve product manufacturing quality and production efficiency.
