基于有限元的机械零件工艺编制

摘要 主要对有限元应用基础进行了分析,概述了当前有限元机械零件工艺编制中的关键步骤,并对零件刚度,强度与动态性能校核应用流程进行了详细分析,仔细描述了有限元优势特点。以典型齿轮轴作为实例,对有限元在生产使用过程中对机械工艺的改进与编制做出讨论,能够对有限元在机械制造工艺上的应用起到一定参考作用。 It mainly analyzes the application basis of finite element, summarizes the key steps in the current process of finite element mechanical parts, and analyzes the application process of stiffness, strength and dynamic performance of parts, and carefully describes the advantages of finite element. Taking the typical gear shaft as an example, the improvement and preparation of the mechanical process in the production and use of the finite element are discussed, which can play a certain reference role in the application of the finite element in the mechanical manufacturing process.
