宾夕法尼亚大学创业教育生态系统的建构实践

The Construction Practice of the Entrepreneurship Education Ecosystem in the University of Pennsylvania

创业教育日益成为高等教育的重要内容。本文从分析沃顿商学院和工程与应用科学学院创业教育课程设置入手,系统考察宾夕法尼亚大学对接社会创业资源,以校内创业教育生态系统为主,建构高校创业生态系统的实践,并对其特征与效果进行反思。

Entrepreneurship education has increasingly become an important content of higher education. This paper first introduces the entrepreneurship education courses offered by the Wharton School and the School of Engineering and Applied Science, then surveys the Penn Entrepreneurship education Ecosystem constructed mainly by the Wharton School which combine the entrepreneurship education ecosystem of the Penn and the social entrepreneurial source. Last but not least, it evaluates the character and effect of this education ecosystem.
