数字货币作为一种新生事物,有较为深刻的背景;区块链技术虽然是一种科技创新,但有着广泛的应用前景和深刻的社会影响。互联网由硬件、环境和语言规则三大块组成,这对于认识数字货币、区块链技术有重要的基础意义。科技进步以既有的认知为基础和前提,这个认知可以是科学技术本身,也可以是哲学思想、人生观或价值观。区块链技术的一个特点是“去中心化”。同时,其“可逆—可追溯—不可更改”的特点也是一种进步。至于区块链能不能达到完美,不必苛求,因为这个世界从来就没有完美,只有不断追求完美的过程。数字货币的出现和发展是一个必然的趋势。电子货币、虚拟货币、数字货币不是同样的概念。数字货币和法定货币,两者至少在相当一段时段里面并行不悖,优势互补,在比较当中、互补当中去发展。区块链技术对于建立良性的数据市场,对于社会公正、公开、透明、诚信等价值追求,可能发挥积极作用。

As a new thing,digital currency has a profound background;Block chain technology is a kind of scientific and technological innovation,but it has a wide range of application prospects and profound social impact.The Internet consists of three parts:hardware,environment and language rules,which is of fundamental significance to the understanding of digital currency and block chain technology.Progress in science and technology is based and premised on existing cognition,which can be science and technology itself,philosophical ideas,outlook on life,or values.One of the characteristics of block chain technology is“decentralization”.At the same time,its characteristic of“reversibility-traceability-immutability”is also a kind of progress.As for whether the block chain can achieve perfection,don t be demanding,because the world has never been perfect,only the pursuit of perfection process.The emergence and development of digital currency is an inevitable trend.Electronic money,virtual money,and digital money are not the same concepts.Digital currency and legal coin,are both parallel with complementary advantages in at least a considerable period of time,developing in comparison and complementary.Block chain technology may play a positive role in the establishment of benign data market,social justice,openness,transparency,credibility and other value pursuit.
