A Brief Description of Japanese Imperialism Plundering the Northeast Finance

“九一八”事变后,日本帝国主义为了巩固在沦陷区的法西斯统治、进一步扩大侵略战争,通过建立掠夺性金融机构、发行伪币、实行金融统制政策,在东北沦陷区建立起一套剥削、掠夺东北人民的金融体系,以此为工具对东北金融进行疯狂掠夺,其罪恶行径贯穿整个东北沦陷时期,使东北经济日益崩溃,使东北民众过着饥寒交迫的亡国奴生活,不仅极大加深了东北民众的苦难,而且把社会经济推向了崩溃的边缘。因此,必须深刻认识日本帝国主义掠夺东北金融的侵略性以及对东北经济的危害性,做到“以史为鉴、开辟未来”。

After“the September 18 Incident”,in order to consolidate the fascist rule in the enemy-occupied areas and to further expand the war of aggression,the Japanese imperialists established a set of financial system exploiting and plundering the people in the enemy-occupied areas of the Northeast China through the establishment of predatory financial institutions,the issuance of counterfeit currency and the implementation of a policy of financial control,using it as a tool to plunder the finance of Northeast China.Its criminal behavior ran through the whole period of the enemy-fall of the Northeast,which caused the economy of the Northeast to collapse day by day,and the people of the Northeast lived a life of starving and cold subjugation,which not only greatly deepened the suffering of the people in the Northeast,but also pushed the social economy to the brink of collapse.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply understand the aggressiveness of Japanese imperialism in plundering the northeast finance and its harmfulness to the northeast economy,so as to draw lessons from history and open up the future.
