Modern Economic System and the Development of Modern Service Industry

世界上,产业结构由“工业型经济”向“服务型经济”转型的趋势,早在20世纪80年代就已经开始。随着经济发展和社会进步,发展服务业的重要意义不断深化、扩展。服务型经济状态,已经成为衡量现代化程度的重要标志。大力发展现代服务业,有利于更好地推动人的全面发展,推动社会的全面进步,有利于增加就业、调整产业结构、促进城市化进程、提高人民生活水平、促进国民经济增长、保持社会稳定。十九大报告指出中国社会的主要矛盾已经转化为人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾。解决主要矛盾需要大力发展服务业,尤其是代表着先进生产力和生产方式的现代服务业。从现代化经济体系“三个支柱”的角度来看,必须增进现代服务业的高附加值,培育现代化经济体系的新动能;促进现代服务业的产业融合,解决不平衡不充分的问题;创新体制机制,引导和支持现代服务业的快速发展。

In the world the trend of industrial structure transition from“industrial economy”to“service economy”has started in as early as 1980s.With economic development and social progress,the importance of developing the service industry is deepening and expanding.Service-oriented economy status has become an important indicator of the degree of modernization.Vigorously developing the modern service industry is conducive to promoting the all-round development of human beings,promoting all-round social progress,increasing employment,adjusting industrial structure,promoting the process of urbanization,improving the living standards of the people,promoting the growth of the national economy,and maintaining social stability.The 19th CPC National Congress s report points out that the principal contradictions in Chinese society have been translated into a contradiction between the growing needs of the people for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development.To resolve the principal contradictions it is necessary to develop the service industry,especially the modern service industry,which represents the advanced productive forces and the mode of production.From the perspective of the“three pillars”of the modern economic system,it is necessary to enhance the high added value of the modern service industry and cultivate the new kinetic energy of modern economic system;promote the integration of modern service industries and solve the problem of imbalance and inadequacies;innovate the system and mechanism to guide and support the rapid development of modern service industry.
