联合体团队运作模式下工期延误风险——控制策略的计算实验研究

Study on Control Strategies of Construction Delay Risks in Combos: based on the computational method

针对施工联合体模式下的工期延误风险问题,充分考虑了主体间的互动作用以及工期风险传递效应,设计了联合体成员不同合作模式下的三种工期延误风险控制策略,基于计算实验方法分别研究了三种策略对于工期延误风险的控制效果。研究结果表明:联合体模式下不同的工期风险控制策略会导致不同的风险控制效果,三种策略对工期成本投入、工期压缩幅度以及协调柔性等绩效影响存在差异。这将为联合体模式下选择合理有效的工期延误风险控制策略提供理论依据。

In view of problems about risks of construction delays in the mode of construction combos,three control strategies of construction delay risks in the different cooperation modes have been designed,considering the interaction among members and transmission effects of construction risks.This paper studies control effects of three strategies of construction delay risks based on the computational method,respectively.Results show that:different strategies can lead to different control effects about construction delay risks in the construction combos;three strategies have different impacts on the performance of costs,the extension of construction delays compression,coordination and so on.Conclusions above can provide theoretical basis for selecting the appropriate strategy in the combo mode.
