摘要
分析气相色谱法测定水果中甲基对硫磷含量的过程,建立相应的数学模型。对样品测量过程中称量、稀释、定容以及重复性等影响不确定度的因素进行了分析评定,最终计算合成和扩展不确定度。其不确定度报告为气相色谱法测定甲基对硫磷含量为:(0.0230±0.0011)mg/kg(k=2)。
A mathematical model was established to analyze the determination of methylparathion in fruit by gas chromatog.raphy.In the estimation of uncertainty,the sample weighing,constant volume dilution,and repeatability that may affect the uncertainty of analytical data were taken into account.The uncertainty components were used to calculate the combined and expanded uncertainties.The results of uncertainty evaluation was(0.0230±0.0011)mg/kg(k=2)of residue of methyl.parathion in fruit by gas chromatography.
