摘要 本文运用不确定度的数学模型对气相色谱-质谱法测定茶叶中毒死蜱、联苯菊酯的不确定度进行了评定,得出了实验过程中各因素对其不确定度贡献从大到小排序为:测量重复性带来的不确定度分量u_r(x)、称样质量m的相对不确定度分量u_r(m)、配制标准溶液的相对不确定度分量u_r(对不确定度分量u_r(V),为准确测定茶叶中毒死蜱、联苯菊酯提供的理论依据。 In this paper,a mathematic model to determine degree of uncertainty is implemented to assess the uncertainty of GC-MS method regarding to content test of Chlorpyrifos and Bifenthrin in tea products respectively.A weight ranking is giv.en in this paper refer to factors that have effect on results of experiments,including uncertainty componentur(x)from repli.cated experiments,relative uncertainty component of sampling massur(m),relative uncertainty component in preparing standard solutionur(C),relative uncertainty component of graduated pipette volume V for constant volume 1.00ml of sam.pling solutionur(V).The given ranking is devoted to theoretical evidence for higher test results of Chlorpyrifos and Bifen.thrin in tea products.
