摘要
本方法采用钼锑抗作为显色剂,检测植物性食品中磷的含量。结果表明,选取番茄酱、杏浆、大米粉、小麦粉、番茄叶粉等样品基质检测磷的含量,线性范围r2≥的精密度和较高准确度,可以满足植物性食品中磷的检测要求。
A method for the determination of phosphorus in plant origin foods was developed by using molybdenum antimony as a color reagent.The results showed that tomato paste,apricot syrup and rice powder,wheat powder,tomato leaf powder were selected as the sample matrix for phosphorus determination.The standard curve r2≥0.999,the recovery was from 95%to 100%,RSD was from 0.3~1.2%.The method was sensitivity,accuracy and met the requirements of phosphorus de.tection in plant origin foods.
