国际革命背景下的中共东北党务——以满洲省委时期为例(1927～1936)

CPC’s Northeast Party Affairs under the Background of International Revolution: Take Manchuria Provincial Party Committee as an Example(1927-1936)

由于东北特殊的地缘关系,中共东北党身处与关内党组织迥然相异的内外部局面。满洲省委时期的东北党务工作无论是组织机构完善还是武装力量发展方面,都取得了一定的成就,但在党员数量及群体构成方面却并不如意。此外,东北党在处理与东北联共(布)组织及原朝鲜共产党成员之间的关系上更是困难。东北党曾多次努力尝试建立与联共(布)的正式沟通渠道,但均因苏联自身的实用外交政策所制而未能如愿;在接收在东北原朝共党员入党后,其原有的派系纠葛非但没有消弭,反而随之延伸到中共东北党内。这一切,都使东北党成为国际革命背景下,中共地方党组织面临国际主义与地方利益两难困境的生动范例。

Due to the special geographical relationship in Northeast China,the Northeast Party of the Communist Party of China(CPC)is in an internal and external situation which is quite different from the Party organizations in the Guan-Nei area.During the period of the Manchurian Provincial Party Committee,the Party work in Northeast China has made some achievements both in organizational improvement and in the development of armed forces,but it is not satisfactory in terms of the number of Party members and the composition of groups.In addition,the Northeast Party is even more difficult in dealing with the relationship with the Northeast United Communist Party(BNP)organization and the former members of the Communist Party of Korea.The Northeast Party tried many times to establish a formal communication channel with the Communist Party of China(Bolshevik),but it failed because of the practical foreign policy of the Soviet Union.All these have made the Northeast Party a vivid example of the dilemma between internationalism and local interests faced by the local Party organizations of the Communist Party of China under the background of the international revolution.
