摘要 介绍了汽轮机转子锻件超声波最小可探缺陷尺寸(MDDS)的定义和影响因素,对典型转子锻件的MDDS的情况进行了陈述,提出了通过优化和改进锻造、热处理的制造工艺,改善锻件内部组织状态,以减小MDDS的措施。研究成果可为提高国内汽轮机转子超声波探伤检测水平提供支持。 The definition and influence factors of the minimum detectable defects size (MDDS) in ultrasonic test for steam turbine rotor forgings were presented, and the MDDS situation of the typical rotor forgings was stated. The forging and heat treatment process were optimized to improve the inside organization situation of forgings and to diminish the MDDS. The research results can provide supports for enhancing the ultrasonic test level for domestic steam turbine rotors.
