摘要
合理使用变温准则,能在保证汽轮机安全性的前提下,实现快速的自动启动。介绍了660MW超临界汽轮机启动变温准则的设计理念和关键要点,特别说明了汽轮机关键部件的失配温度决定了热应力水平,变温准则相关参数的选取是综合权衡低周寿命损耗率和快速启动要求的结果。研究成果可为各型汽轮机制定基于失配温度的自动启动准则提供参考。
With the operation safety of steam turbine being guaranteed, the quick automatic start-up can be realized when the temperature change criterion are used rationally. The design concept and key points of the start-up temperature change criterion in 660 MW supercritical steam turbine are presented. It is emphasized that the thermal stress level is determined by the mismatched temperature of the key components in steam turbine, and the selection of relevant parameters of the temperature change criterion is based on a comprehensive consideration of low-cycle life loss values and quick start-up requirements. The research results can provide reference for the formulation of automatic start-up criterion in steam turbine based on mismatched temperature.
