摘要 介绍了某215MW机组大修后高压转子动静碰磨、转子质量不平衡等故障的现象,并进行了原因分析。通过调整轴封间隙、进行轴系动平衡等处理措施,消除了振动故障,保证了机组的安全稳定运行。研究成果可为类似的故障处理提供参考。 The faults of rubbing between rotation and stationary parts in high-pressure rotor and unbalance rotor mass in a 215 MW unit after overhaul were found, and analysis was conducted to find out the cause. The vibration problems were finally eliminated by adjusting the clearance of seal and dynamic balancing, therefore, the operation safety and stability were guaranteed. The research results can provide reference for treatment of similar fault.
