“一带一路”背景下国际理解教育课程开发实践——以F小学国际理解教育课程实践为个案 被引量:5

摘要 新时期,党中央提出了"一带一路"倡议。其中,"民心相通"在很大程度上直接反映出"文化理解"这一国际理解教育的核心任务。要想有效开展国际理解教育,需要准确掌握国际理解教育的概念内涵、意蕴价值、核心目标,明晰国际理解教育课程的目标结构、内容设置、组织实施,这样才能将国际理解教育落到实处。F小学的国际理解教育课程开发与综合实践活动深度融合,建构了"五维目标层",重点围绕"文化领域"设计和实施了主题式单元学习和跨文化研学旅行。特别是《从"饮食"看世界》单元课程通过"同心圆"策略,在"饮食"和"世界"之间建立起必要关联,引导学生逐步增强对民族文化的认同和对异文化的理解,培养尊重多元文化的情感,进而实现国际理解教育目标。 “Connectivity of people”in the“Belt and Road Initiative”proposed by the central committee of CPC in newera is in conformity with the core taskof education for international understanding,the“culture understanding”.In order to efficiently carry out the education,it is necessary to master the connotations of the conceptions,value of the implications and the core target,to identify exactlythe structure of the teaching objectives,the design of the contents and the implementation of teaching.Curriculum development in F Primary School integrates with the comprehensive practice,constructs a“five-dimensional goal”,designs and implements the theme learning and cross-cultural tour study centered on“filed of culture”.In the unit“View the World through Diet”,students are guided to understand the national and foreign cultures,to respect the multicultural world through a strategy of“concentric circles”and the connection of“diet”and“the world”so that the educational goal for international understanding can be achieved accordingly.
