摘要
为了提高带钢冷轧生产对中纠偏检测装置的灵敏度与电磁兼容性,设计了一种基于线阵CCD的带钢对中纠偏检测装置的硬件和软件系统。该装置设计了红外发光LED电路,CCD驱动脉冲隔离放大电路;选用ATmega16单片机实现视频检测,编制了检测软件,并进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,该对中纠偏检测装置检测精度高,响应快,可满足带钢冷轧对中纠偏检测的要求。
In order to improve the sensitivity and electromagnetic compatibility of the production of cold rolled strip,a kind of hardware and software system based on linear array CCD was designed.The infrared LED circuit and the CCD drive pulse isolation amplifier circuit was designed.Using ATmega16 single chip microcomputer to realize video detection,the detection software was developed and experimental research was carried out.The experimental results show that the detection accuracy of the detection device is high and the response is fast,which can meet the requirements of the cold rolling of strip steel.
