摘要 针对电塑性效应测温系统中由脉冲电流引起的电磁干扰问题,提出一种具有强抗干扰性的测温系统。硬件设计上对处理主要干扰源的测温模块做了数模隔离处理,以避免其影响主系统的稳定性,针对脉冲电流干扰的特点利用改进的差分低通滤波器进行抗干扰处理;在软件设计上针对脉冲电流干扰的特点设计了复合滤波算法,消除脉冲干扰;并通过与高速红外测温仪对比,实验证明所设计的热电偶测温系统满足设计要求,具有高精度、响应速度快和强抗干扰能力强的优点。 In order to deal with the problem of electromagnetic interference caused by pulse current in the temperature measurement system of electro-plastic effect,a temperature measurement system with anti-jamming ability was designed.From the aspect of hardware design,the temperature measurement module,which was the main interference source,was treated with digital-analog isolation to prevent it from affecting the stability of the main system.According to the characteristics of pulse current interference,an improved differential low-pass filter was adopted to deal with the interference.From the aspect of software design,a composite filtering algorithm was designed according to the characteristics of the pulse current interference to eliminate the impulsive interference.Compared with the results of the high-speed infrared temperature sensor,the test results show that the designed thermocouple temperature measurement system meets the design requirements and has high measurement precision,strong interference rejection capability,fast response capability and so on.
