摘要
信息技术的快速发展,促动了传统教学的巨大变革。微课作为一种能提高教师教学效果、培养学生自主学习能力的重要教学资源,越来越受到广泛的关注。本研究以2017年江苏省教育厅主办的高校微课教学比赛为例,对参赛教师和参赛作品做深入分析,探讨江苏高校微课建设的现状及问题,并从强化教师培训、促进教赛融合、规范组织评审三个方面给予对策与建议,以促进我省乃至全国高校微课建设和教师信息化教学能力提升。
The rapid development of information technology has spurred tremendous changes in traditional teaching.As an important teaching resource that can improve teachers’ teaching effect and cultivate students’ self-learning ability,micro-lesson has received more and more attention.Taking the 2017 college micro-lesson competition held by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education as an example,we conduct an in-depth study on the teachers participating in the competition and their micro-lessons.Besides,we discuss and explore the status quo and problems of micro-lesson construction at universities in Jiangsu Province.Finally,we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects to promote the construction of micro-lessons and the teaching informatization of teachers’ in Jiangsu Province or even across the whole country.Firstly,teacher training should be strengthened;secondly,integration of teaching and competition should be promoted;and thirdly,organization and assessment of the completion should be formalized.
