党的十九大报告将社会组织纳入中国特色社会主义事业"五位一体"的总体布局,社会组织被视为全方位参与新时代国家建设和发展的重要力量。体育社会组织是社会组织的重要组成,探索新时代体育社会组织发展对于更好服务于体育事业改革发展具有重要意义。主要结论:近年来,我国体育社会组织保持快速发展,其显著标志就是全方位参与和服务于体育改革发展,然而还面临着诸如布局和类别结构不合理、内部治理不够完善、政策落地不够等影响和制约发展的问题。正视问题,做好顶层设计,加强党建工作,完善内部治理,强化能力建设对于增强体育社会组织体育治理能力具有重要作用。
