摘要
运用文献资料法、比较研究法等,对我国中小学体育教师资格考试制度进行研究。主要结论:在"规范化""统一化""专业化"的历史变迁过程中,应试导向、形式导向、凝滞导向是制约我国中小学体育教师资格考试制度专业化、综合化、动态化发展的三大主要问题。建议采取分类教育促进专业化培养、机动机制促进综合化评价、双向融通促进动态化考核的多元化考核考评机制,解决当下的发展困境。
Using the methods of literature reviews and comparative research, this paper studies the physical education teacher qualification examination system in primary and middle schools. Main conclusions are as follows: In the process of being “standardization”,“unification” and “specialization”, test-oriented, formal-oriented and staging-oriented are the three major problems that restrict the professional, comprehensive and dynamic development of PE teacher qualification examination system in primary and secondary schools in China. It is suggested that adopt the diversified assessment mechanism of classified education to solve the professional training, mobile mechanism to solve the comprehensive evaluation, and two-way integration to solve the dynamic assessment, so as to solve the current development dilemma.
