石墨烯量子点在生物与发光材料上的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 石墨烯量子点作为一种新型无机碳纳米材料,因具有量子局限效应和边缘效应,能够表现出高电子迁移率,高光电转换率,高生物相容性、低毒性和高荧光稳定性等特性,作为新材料近几年引起广泛关注和研究。本文综述并对比了五种制备方法的优缺点,重点论述石墨烯量子点的生物应用:荧光成像、生物传感器、药物输送。及碳量子点在LED上的应用,在此基础上提出对石墨烯量子点的未来研究方向和目标的展望。
