摘要
Z省电力物资储备存在物资品类分类不清晰、各级仓库经常出现库存积压或者个别物资短缺现象、应急物资处理能力较弱、信息系统互通不畅等四个问题,依据VMI存储策略和电力物资调配平台提出了解决方案,并建立了常用物资储备与应急物资储备转换机制以及针对应急物资特点提出了应急物资储备模式,对电力物资供应链储备改善具有实际指导意义。
In view of the four main problems in the power materials reserve in province Z,which are unclear division in material classification,frequent backlog or shortage of individual materials in warehouses at all levels,weak handling capacity of emergency materials,and poor communication among the information systems,this paper proposes the corresponding solutions based on the VMI storage strategy and the power supplies allocation platform,establishes the conversion mechanism between conventional and emergency material reserves and constructs an emergency material reserve mode to accommodate the characteristics of the emergency materials.
