摘要
为提高起重机的装配效率,缩短生产周期,决定采用流水线装配,将装配线平衡问题作为规划高效装配线的重要问题之一。依据装配工艺建立装配作业优先顺序图,采用线性规划法进行建模,运用Lingo软件求解最小工作站数,重新分配各工序。同时考虑装配任务作业时间的随机波动,利用物流仿真软件建立了起重机的装配线仿真模型,仿真数据显示模型结果可以满足年产能要求,有效解决了起重机的装配流水线平衡问题。
In order to improve the efficiency of the crane assembly and shorten the production cycle,we opt to use the assembly line practice,and take the balancing of the assembly line as one of the key points in the planning of an efficient assembly line.According to the working process of the assembly line,we establish the priority order of the assembly activities,and build a model by using the linear programming method.Then we use Lingo to obtain the minimum number of workstations and rearrange the working sequence of the line.Meanwhile,considering the random fluctuation of the time required to finish the assembly tasks,we use a logistics simulation software to build the simulation model of a crane assembly line.The data yielded from the simulation shows that the model could help the assembly line meet the requirements of annual capacity which can effectively solve the balancing problem of crane assembly line.
