摘要
在自动化立体库中,以堆垛机的行程时间为切入点,通过对不同条件下堆垛机水平、竖直方向上的不同运动模式的研究,提出了基于单指令调度模式的不同条件下的堆垛机平均行程时间模型,并通过与Flexsim仿真模型得到的结果进行对比评价,最终验证了模型的准确性。
With the stacker travel time of a certain AS/RS as the entry point,and through studying the different movement modes of the stacker in the horizontal and vertical directions under different conditions,this paper proposes the average stacker travel time model under different conditions based on the single instruction scheduling mode,evaluates the result obtained in comparison to that from the Flexsim model,and at the end,verifies the accuracy of the model proposed.
