摘要
以某自动化立体仓库为研究对象,先阐述了该仓库的整体布局与主要设备参数,并对库内堆垛机工作方式进行介绍,再通过Flexsim软件对仓库进行实体建模与仿真分析,仿真结果表明,各堆垛机利用率均在允许范围内,仓库的布局合理。
In this paper,by taking certain stereoscopic warehouse as the research object,we expound the overall layout of the warehouse and the parameters of the main facilities therein,introduce the working mode of the stacker in the warehouse,and use the Flexsim to conduct entity modeling and simulation analysis of the warehouse.According to the results,the utilization rate of each stacker is proven to be within the allowable range and the warehouse layout is reasonable.
