摘要
水轮发电机组的稳定性对水电站的安全运行至关重要,机组振动影响着机电设备的使用寿命、厂房建筑的结构稳定以及发电流量的利用效率等。根据相关国际及国内标准,对秘鲁查格亚水电站机组在开停机、空转、空载以及各种负荷工况进行振摆测试,系统分析机组的稳定性,全面评价机组健康状况,科学确定机组可靠负荷区域。
The stability of a hydrogenerator unit is crucial to the operation safety of a hydropower station. Unit vibration can affect the service life of M&E equipment, the structural stability of powerhouse and the utilization efficiency of discharge for power generation. Vibration and swing tests of units of the Chaglla Hydropower Station in Peru are carried out under start/shutdown, idling, no-load and various load conditions according to relevant international and domestic standards, to systematically analyze unit stability, comprehensively evaluate the soundness of the units, and determine reliable load areas of the units in a scientific manner.
