长程视频脑电图在癫癎分型及预测药物治疗疗效中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨长程视频脑电图(VEEG)在癫癎分型及预测药物治疗疗效中的应用。方法:选取深圳市人民医院神经内科2016年6月至2018年7月收治的50例癫癎患者为研究对象,患者均接受VEEG监测,分析患者癫癎发作类型、用药情况、VEEG癎样放电情况及其与预后的关系。结果:50例患者中,经VEEG监测,42例显示癎样放电,8例无癎样放电;不同癫癎类型和不同用药情况下VEEG癎样放电情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);药物治疗后,无癎样放电者总有效率为87.5%(7/8例),明显高于有癎样放电者64.3%(27/42例)(P<0.05);有癎样放电者与无癎样放电者不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:VEEG监测可为癫癎患者发作分型及药物治疗起指导作用,有癎样放电者药物治疗有效率比无癎样放电者低。 Objective:To explore the application of long-range video-EEG in classification of epilepsy and predicting the efficacy of antiepileptic drugs.Methods:Fifty patients with epilepsy in department of neurology of Shenzhen People's Hospital from June 2016 to July 2018 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were received VEEG monitoring.The types of epileptic seizures,drug use,epileptiform discharge of VEEG and its relationship with prognosis were analyzed.Results:Of the 50 patients,42 cases showed epileptic discharge and 8 cases no epileptic discharge by VEEG monitoring.There was no significant difference for epileptic discharge by VEEG monitoring under different epilepsy types and medications.After antiepileptic drugs,the total effective rate of patients without epileptic discharge was 87.5%(7/8 cases),which was significantly higher than that of patients with epileptic discharge 64.3%(27/42 cases)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference for adverse reactions in patients with and without epileptic discharge(P>0.05).Conclusion:VEEG monitoring can play a guiding role in seizure types of epilepsy and drug treatment.The effective rate of drug treatment in patients with epileptic discharge is lower than that without epileptic discharge.
