公立医院节假日门诊疾病谱分析与管理对策——以郴州市第一人民医院为例

Analysis and Management of Disease Spectrum of Outpatient Clinics in Public Hospitals during Festivals and Holidays——Taking the First People's Hospital of Chenzhou as an example

目的通过分析湖南省郴州市第一人民医院2014—2016年节假日门诊疾病谱的变化趋势,合理调整节假日门诊资源,提高服务效率。方法根据ICD-10标准对2014—2016年节假日门诊疾病谱相关的变化趋势进行统计分析。结果三年节假日门诊中有4个就诊高峰年龄段,男性多于女性(11. 5∶1),前10位病种占节假日疾病总数的25. 6%,不同年龄段疾病构成占比不同。结论医院需要合理调配节假日门诊医疗资源,以满足不同人群患者的就医需求,提高公立医院医疗服务社会效益。

Ojbective By analyzing the changes in the disease spectrum of outpatient clinics in the First People′s Hospital of Chenzhou in festivals and holidays from 2014 to 2016,the clinics resources in holidays were reasonably adjusted to improve service efficiency.Methods Based on ICD-10 criteria,statistical analysis of trends in disease spectrum related to outpatient visits during holidays from 2014 to 2016 were made.Results In holidays of 2014-2016,there were 4 peak ages of clinic visits,with more men than women(11.5∶1),and the top 10 diseases accounted for 25.6%of the total number of diseases developed in holidays.The proportion of diseases was different across the different ages.Conclusion Hospital administrations should reasonably allocate outpatient medical resources in holidays so as to meet the medical needs of patients in different population and improve the social benefits of medical services of public hospitals.
